Lo is a small market town in Flanders, Belgium.
It is steeped in history thanks to its connection with the Roman Julius Caesar and it’s medieval abbey.
Many traces of the story of Lo remain today. It is home to a surprising National Monument of Belgium.
It’s ideally located for anyone touring the battlefields of the Ypres Salient.

It is in a very quiet, peaceful and rural location. Lo is served by a local bus service with buses towards Ypres and Koksijde / Veurne. Car parking is easy in the centre. However, NEVER park on cycle lanes in Belgium! It is an instant fine! Map showing all locations click here |
